Barracudacals Erla Bf109G-10's

The following decalsheets in 1:32 will be released by Barracuda Decals for the upcoming Bf109G-10 Erla from Revell. Some of these aircraft has been featured on the blog before, while others are brand new and created for these sheets. Big thanks to all who's helped in my research and made these profiles as accurate as possible. Keep an eye on the blog for further news and the inevitable errata...

Looking forward to these, any idea when they are due out?

Any thoughts on other late war Bf's?

No release date just yet. I'll post news on the blog once we know.

I really admire these decals and I am about to order both sheets at Barracuda´s (since the Revell Erlas are quite cheap here in Germany, 15 Euros, I can afford a few). But I have one, silly maybe, question:

Since your researche reveal that most of the machines on both sheets have narrow wheels, does that mean that the wing bulges are the small ones also seen on G-6s?
The Revell Erlas have only the large bulges seen on late Gs and Ks...

You're correct, the smaller wheelbulges are needed for those aircraft. There's resin replacements out already and more are coming so it will be easy enough to solve. :)

Do please post a picture or two once the decals go on!

Anders,
thank you for your response. I am sure that the Revell Erla and the Revell G-6 have interchangable upper wing panels, so that will be a cheap solution as long as I can find a pic of a G-6 or G-14 with the large wing bulges.
Do you have a suggestion?
Thanks in advance

You're welcome! You're also very much welcome to drop me a line via the e-mail adress at the upper right corner of the blog, it will be easier for me to help you regarding the G-6/G-14's with large wheel bulges.
